Ryan O’Keeffe

Ryan O’Keeffe is the President of CAVT Solutions and brings over 20 years of experience in the audio-visual industry. A proud Bentley University graduate, Ryan took an unconventional path into AV, helping grow what began as a small, family-run operation of just three people into a locally rooted integration firm built on trust, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.

Ryan’s focus has always been on building strong teams and developing people. He’s passionate about creating a culture that values accountability, curiosity, and collaboration, and he takes pride in watching individuals grow into leaders. For Ryan, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing teams come together to solve complex challenges and deliver solutions they are proud to stand behind.

He finds the greatest satisfaction at the end of a project when everything clicks. The system works as intended, the client feels confident in the result, and the team can step back and see the impact of their collective effort. Just as important to him is how the team grows through each project, gaining confidence and capability along the way.

Outside of work, Ryan’s time is centered around his family. If he weren’t leading CAVT, he’d be spending as much time as possible with his wife, Amy, and their two boys, playing hockey in the yard, fishing, golfing, and being present for the moments that matter most. Even then, he’d still be drawn to building things, improving processes, and finding better ways for people and systems to work together.
