John Healy, CTS

John Robert Healey is an Account Executive at CAVT Solutions with 20 years of hands-on experience in the audiovisual industry, spanning commercial and residential installation as well as K–12 AV support. His background in the field gives him a technician’s perspective and a practical, real-world approach to system design and sales.

Before moving into an account executive role, John spent years working directly with AV systems in live environments. That experience shapes how he works with clients today—focused on understanding how spaces are actually used, what matters most to end users, and how to deliver systems that are reliable, intuitive, and built to last.

John enjoys collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and partners to guide projects from early conversations through final installation. Whether supporting a single conference room or a large, multi-space deployment, he values clear communication, thoughtful design, and long-term relationships.

Outside of AV, John runs a side project designing and fabricating custom metal signs, a creative outlet that keeps his hands busy and reinforces his appreciation for strong design and craftsmanship.
