Eddie Nowik, CTS

Eddie Nowik has spent the last 26 years in the audio-visual industry and brings a wealth of experience to his role in Inside Sales at CAVT Solutions. Eddie’s passion for AV shows in everything he does, from attending meetings and trade shows to exploring new gear and workflows and connecting with clients to understand their needs.

Over his long career, Eddie has developed a deep appreciation for the AV industry’s constantly evolving nature. He enjoys the fact that there’s always something new to learn, and that no two days are the same. What Eddie loves most about working at CAVT is the people — both the clients he serves and the team he works alongside every day.

For Eddie, the most satisfying part of a project is hearing a client say, “Well that worked out,” and then asking to improve additional spaces. That response reflects not just technical success, but trust and confidence in the solutions CAVT delivers. Eddie takes pride in helping clients design systems that improve workflow and everyday use, and in supporting them as they look to the future.

Outside of work, Eddie loves to play guitar and has performed in many local clubs. His enthusiasm for creative expression and collaboration carries over into how he approaches AV sales and client relationships.
