Donald Edgecomb

Donald is the Director of Projects at CAVT Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and technical experience across audiovisual integration, project management, operations, and military service. He leads project execution throughout the organization, ensuring clients receive well-coordinated, high-quality solutions from planning through final deployment.

Throughout his career, Donald has held leadership positions with several of the industry's leading AV integration firms, managing complex commercial projects across corporate, education, healthcare, and government environments. His background in operations management, combined with a consultative leadership style, enables him to guide cross-functional teams, maintain project quality, and deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Before entering the AV integration industry, Donald served eight years in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician, where he developed the technical expertise, leadership skills, and disciplined approach that continue to shape his work today. He enjoys collaborating with project teams to overcome challenges and takes pride in seeing systems come online successfully while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
