CAVT Solutions partnered with Nutter and the project team to deliver the audiovisual technology for Nutter’s new 100,000-square-foot headquarters in Boston’s Seaport district. Designed as a flexible, people-focused workplace, the new headquarters required technology that could support collaboration, communication, and connection across a wide range of environments.
CAVT’s scope encompasses the design, integration, programming, commissioning, and training of a comprehensive audiovisual system throughout the new workplace.
The project required a comprehensive AV solution capable of supporting a diverse range of spaces and use cases within a large, modern headquarters. From executive meetings and everyday huddle sessions to multi-purpose presentations and digital communications, each environment required technology tailored to its specific function while maintaining a consistent user experience across the workplace.
The system also needed to bring together multiple collaboration platforms, advanced audio and video technologies, room control, scheduling, and enterprise AV distribution into a cohesive technology ecosystem.
CAVT designed and integrated a comprehensive audiovisual platform throughout Nutter’s new headquarters, providing each space with the technology necessary to support modern workplace collaboration.
Meeting & Collaboration Spaces
The deployment includes seven large conference rooms, six huddle rooms, and an executive boardroom equipped to support a variety of meeting and collaboration scenarios. Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom-enabled systems provide flexible options for connecting in-room and remote participants.
Multi-Purpose & Workplace Spaces
A dedicated multi-purpose room provides additional flexibility for larger presentations and gatherings, while technology was also incorporated into the servery and barista/café space to support communication and digital experiences throughout the workplace.
Video & Presentation Technology
Commercial 4K displays and integrated presentation systems provide high-quality visual experiences across meeting and collaboration environments. The systems are designed to make sharing content and communicating information straightforward for users.
Intelligent Camera & Audio Systems
Intelligent PTZ camera systems support video collaboration and remote participation, while Dante audio networking provides a flexible, enterprise-level approach to audio distribution throughout the facility.
AV-over-IP & Infrastructure
Enterprise AV-over-IP technology provides the underlying infrastructure for distributing audiovisual content throughout the workplace. This creates a flexible foundation capable of supporting the diverse technology requirements of the headquarters.
Control, Scheduling & Digital Signage
Advanced room control and scheduling solutions simplify the operation and management of meeting spaces, while integrated digital signage supports communication and information sharing throughout the workplace.
