When FGS Global moved from the 3rd floor to the 29th floor at 99 High Street in Boston, CAVT Solutions ensured the office’s AV technology relocated seamlessly. The project involved rebuilding conference rooms, refreshing open spaces, and delivering ready-to-use systems from day one—allowing the team to focus on productivity, not troubleshooting.

Office relocation presents logistical and technical challenges. Equipment needed to be deinstalled, reinstalled, and integrated into a new layout, while delivering reliable connectivity and maintaining user familiarity. Conference rooms and open spaces required consistent operation, clean installations, and minimal disruption to daily operations.
CAVT executed a comprehensive AV relocation and refresh, balancing reuse and upgrades to meet FGS Global’s requirements:
Large Conference Room
A new Sony 75” display was wall-mounted and centered for a polished look. Owner-furnished Poly X70 soundbar and Poly Touch 10 panel provided audio and control, while a Crestron HDMI/USB extender facilitated seamless content sharing from the table. Cabling and bulk wire were neatly installed to ensure reliable operation.
Small Conference Room
The existing 65” display and Poly soundbar were repurposed and reinstalled. Poly Touch 10 and Crestron HDMI/USB extender enabled a consistent user experience, matching the workflow of the Large Conference Room.
Open Area Upgrades
Three Sony 55” displays were installed on articulating arms in shared spaces, including the kitchen and communal areas. Each display was centered over existing electrical boxes for a clean, professional finish. CAVT provided all cabling and bulk wire to ensure dependable, tidy installations.
Smart Reuse & Upgrades
CAVT strategically reused functional equipment from the old location while installing new gear where needed, ensuring a balance between cost-effectiveness and modernized functionality.
FGS Global’s relocation was more than a physical move—it was an AV refresh. Conference rooms now offer consistent, intuitive workflows, open areas are upgraded and ready for digital signage, and the installation was handled end-to-end. The new floor is immediately functional, allowing teams to focus on productivity from day one, without AV complications or downtime.
