Coaches needed a solution that would deliver immediate functionality without technical delays, reduce user confusion, and integrate seamlessly with their established workflow. Additionally, the system had to provide both wired and wireless options while keeping the room tidy and clutter-free.
CAVT delivered a modern, intuitive AV refresh tailored to the demands of Bryant’s coaching staff. Key components included:
High-Performance Display & Video:
A 75" NEC 4K display paired with a Logitech Rally Bar Mini mounted above the screen provides crystal-clear video calls, room audio, and on-screen content.
User-Friendly Control:
A sleek 7" Crestron touch panel enables intuitive system operation, programmed with client-provided code to match Bryant’s existing standards and minimize the learning curve.
Seamless Wireless & BYOD Integration:
The OFE Mersive Solstice Pod supports wireless presenting, while the existing cable cubby accommodates BYOD setups. HDMI tabletop routing through the Rally Bar ensures clear on-screen prompts and zero downtime.
Compact Equipment Management:
A custom proximity mounting plate converts the wall mount into a compact equipment hub, neatly housing the control system, network switch, and remote-monitored power without cluttering the room.

All system elements were designed for rapid setup, effortless operation, and consistent reliability, allowing coaches to focus on their work rather than troubleshooting technology.
