Our Project Management process begins long before the installation team sets foot on the job site.

We start by establishing a project schedule including each phase of the engineering, procurement, test/assembly, installation, commissioning and customer training. Each project is scheduled with the amount of man-hours required to complete it on schedule. Once equipment has been purchased, it is tested and pre-assembled in our shop under controlled, ideal conditions, before transportation to the job site. Our on-site team then performs final installation and termination of the system.

At this point the Project Engineer performs final testing and calibration as part of the commissioning process. Once the system is performing to customer satisfaction we begin the close-out process. Owner manuals, As-Built drawings and Intellectual Property belonging to the customer such as Source Code and DSP files are provided and a training session is held.
